拉丁名稱 : Fructu Forsythiae英文名稱 : Weeping forsythia capsule拉丁學名 : Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl中文名稱 : 連翹漢語拼音 : lian qiao 連翹 來源 木犀科植物連翹的乾燥果實[1] 生產地 東北、華北、長江流域、雲南[2][3] 性味 苦，微寒；歸心、肺、小腸經[1] 活性成分或主要化學成分 木脂體類、黃酮類及苯乙烷類衍生物、毛柳苷、连翘酯苷 E、喹乙酸、黄瑞烷酮等[4]。 功效 清熱解毒，消腫散結，疏風散熱[1] 傳統用途 連翹主治癰腫瘡毒、瘰癧痰核、乳癰、丹毒、風熱感冒、溫病初起、溫熱入營、高熱煩渴、神昏發斑、熱淋澀痛等。[1][2] 1.連翹既能清心火，解瘡毒，又能消散癰腫結聚 連翹味苦性寒，有“瘡家聖藥”之稱。用治癰腫瘡毒，常與金銀花、蒲公英、野菊花等解毒消腫之品同用。用治痰火鬱結，瘰癧痰核，常與夏枯草、浙貝母、玄參、牡蠣等同用，共奏清肝散結，化痰消腫之效。 2. 長於清心火，散上焦風熱 治外感溫病，常與金銀花、薄荷、牛蒡子等同用，治療風熱外感或溫病初起，頭痛發熱、口渴咽痛，如銀翹散；用連翹心配伍麥冬、蓮子心等，尚可用治溫熱病熱入心包，高熱神昏，如清宮湯；連翹又能透熱轉氣，與水牛角、生地、金銀花等同用如清營湯，可治熱入營血之舌絳神昏，煩熱斑疹。 用於熱淋澀痛配伍車前子、白茅根、竹葉、木通等藥，能清心利尿，治療濕熱壅滯所致之小便不利或淋瀝澀痛。...
