HYY.com.hk is not responsible for the delivery of any products and shall not be liable for any delays in delivery services. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of any product if we have doubts regarding your creditworthiness.

HYY.com.hk shall not be liable for any of the following circumstances:

• Customs Clearance Issues: Delays, returns, or confiscations resulting from customs clearance processes. Customs clearance will be counted as a full day, and local customs authorities will only inform the addressee if taxes or duties are involved.
• Prohibited Destinations: Deliveries to the following destinations are not permitted: Iran, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, North Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Myanmar, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Lebanon, and any other countries that are prohibited or sanctioned by the United Nations or the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Regulations of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
• Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Delays in or failure of delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
• External Factors: Delays caused by pandemics, natural disasters, political risks, strikes, civil unrest, explosions, or war.
