RETURNS OF PRODUCTS

Not all product images on this site will match their descriptions; the written description is considered more accurate. Returns are not permitted solely due to discrepancies between images and actual products. If you receive an incorrect item, HYY.com.hk reserves the right to collect the product.

To return unopened products in saleable condition, please email info@hyy.com.hk with your invoice number within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be granted once an order is confirmed, and delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage and any transaction fees.
